The Lincoln Road end of Henderson never stops
Lincoln is a working end of Henderson: the road carries a steady stream of traffic, and the residential streets running off it fill up early. Long-term kerbside parking is not realistic for a trailer or a second vehicle.
The yard is a short, direct run from the Lincoln Road area, so the boat or caravan stays on level hardstand instead of occupying the street.
A base for work vehicles
Tradespeople working out of this end of Henderson often run a ute, a trailer and a project vehicle at once. Storing the ones not in daily use at the yard frees up the space outside the house.
After-hours access uses a gate code, and 24/7 access can be arranged beforehand if your work starts early.
