Built-up streets leave little room for a boat
New Lynn has changed quickly. More townhouses, more units, more shared driveways, and each of them with one parking space per household or fewer. A boat, caravan or second vehicle simply cannot live there.
At the yard, each item gets its own hardstand spot a few minutes from home, so it stays local without taking the space you need for the car you drive every day.
